Panchabhoota and Vastu-Shastra: Sky, Air, Fire, Water and Earth

1. Sky: Sky means infinite void. The whole world has made its existence within this void. Many theories have been suggested regarding the creation of this world. It is said that twenty lakh crore years ago this entire world was filled with burning matter. There was a terrible explosion inside him. As a result, the substance scattered and bounced all around. In this way the scattered pieces have become the Milky Way. This constellation, which appears like a sprinkle of milk in the sky, is called by the name of Akash-Ganga. There are millions of such galaxies in space. The constellations within these galaxies are full of dust and air. Our solar system is located at one end of millions of such galaxies. This shows that the nature of the world within this infinite sky is beyond our imagination. The natural quality of the sky, sound, is present in it.

2. Air: Air is present all around the earth. Prana Vayu, Natrajani, Helium, Neon, Agni, Krystan, Water Vapor are the air mixed in air. There is a rule of proportion in the mixing of these airs also. If the percentage of vital air, which is very important for living beings, is 21 percent, then the portion of nitrogen is 78 percent. Vital air is essential for the existence of living beings and combustion of things. In the absence of nitrogen the tree community will cease to exist.

3. Tej (fire): The air and molecular clouds of space shrink and change into circular shapes due to magnetic power. Due to the pressure generated while the clouds are shrinking, heat is generated and spreads in all directions, as a result the clouds shrink further and break into many pieces. Those pieces shrink again. Due to this type of pressure, light is generated and spreads all around in the form of light. These clouds themselves are luminous constellations. One of the huge constellations among these constellations is the Sun. Fire has the qualities of form along with sound and touch. Energy is spread due to the thermonuclear process within the Sun. One helium molecule is formed by the combination of four hydrogen molecules. This work is called thermo nuclear process. The Earth maintains its existence by absorbing heat and light from the Sun. Without the Sun this work would not have been accomplished and light and seasons would not have emerged.

4. Water: The dense hot air surrounding the earth cools down and becomes clouds. Due to prolonged rain from the clouds, water accumulated in the low regions of the earth and transformed into oceans. Even after the formation of mountains and seas on Earth, rain continued. Rain water flowed down from the mountains and took the form of rivers, flowing through the plains and finally started falling into the sea. These rivers proved to be life-giving for living beings. We get water in three forms: liquid, solid and air. Liquid substances get converted into air (steam) by sunlight and become clouds. We get water again due to rain from clouds. This circle is a wonderful play of nature. Water is the combination of basic substances called hydrogen (air) and oxygen (life air). If there are two parts of hydrogen, then the part of oxygen is one (2:1), that is, there is a rule in their combination also. Not only this, the percentage of water within each animal also varies. Water has four qualities namely sound, touch, form and taste.

5. Earth (Land): Hundreds of millions of years ago, the air and dust of space started coming closer to each other due to the magnetic force of atoms. Thereafter, she started moving around herself in the form of a circle. This circle or circle got divided into many parts over time. Ninety percent of the above substance remained stable in the central place and the remaining ten percent started moving around the central circle in a circular shape. This middle circle later became the Sun and the remaining circles transformed into nine planets. Out of these nine planets, one circle is our Earth. Among the nine planets revolving around the Sun, it is the third planet in terms of distance from the Sun. Geologists have determined that the Earth was formed 460 crore years ago. In the beginning this earth was a ball of fire. The upper surface of the earth was formed from liquid stones. The Earth, which revolves around the Sun, started moving away from the Sun after several thousand years. As the Earth moved away from the Sun, its heat content decreased and the upper layer of the Earth became denser. In this situation, cracks appeared in that layer, as a result of which liquid material burst out from within it. After several lakhs of years, this liquid material resulted in the form of mountains and valleys. Scientists believe that the Earth is a very big magnet. The Earth has got magnetic power due to the magnetic substances present inside the Earth. The magnet has two poles – north pole and south pole. The end of the magnet located towards the north of the earth and inclined towards the pole is called the north pole and the end of the magnet located towards the south is called the south pole. The Earth’s magnetic south pole is in the latter half of the circle and the Earth’s magnetic north pole is in the right half of the circle. This is the reason why when a magnet is hung, it always points north-south. On placing another magnetic north pole near the suspended magnetic north pole,
